Carol Shilling is the director of Wildlife Rescue. A licensed rehabilitator, Carol is the primary care-giver and fund raiser for all of the animals that come through the center. Carol is licensed to care for all of Pennsylvania's mammals, raptors, passerines, reptiles and rabies vector species, as well as Pennsylvania's endangered species.
